Mac Lynn of NationsUniversity (NU) passed on a note from his co-worker Ted Ogle: “I am enclosing a short article written by Peter Milimo, who is working full time with WBS contacts and evangelization. You know we do our own grading here with the WBS and WEI materials, following up with personal visits, then after conversion keeping in contact, seeing that they are in attendance with a local congregation.” Here is Peter Milimo's report:
First of all, WBS lessons are very basic and direct to the Biblical subject. They are also good for personal evangelism. I enroll students of all levels of education including those who know only Kiswahili language. This is because some of the WBS lessons have been translated into Kiswahili language.
After enrolling my WBS students, for those who qualify to join Nations University, I encourage them to do so. Those who have a problem with English, or those who still want to learn more, I encourage to join WEI. This way of reaching out to the souls is very effective. I also interact with the NU students who have not taken WBS lessons and their relatives as an evangelism outreach. Some take them to their relatives and friends, which is also a way of reaching out to other WBS students through NU, and the same way with WEI.
For now I have one hundred active WBS students, of whom some are also WEI and NU students.
