Jevin’s Follow-up Story

Jevin and his wife in Namibia

Online Student, Jevin, from Namibia, completed the Master Series in April 2024. He had previously been “baptized” as a baby but after studying with WBS, he realized his need for proper faith and baptism into Christ for the forgiveness of his sins.

Jevin’s Online Study Helper, Janna, from Abilene, Texas, submitted him for Followup. John, a WBS volunteer Follow-up Partner who travels through Namibia about once a month, connected with Jevin in June. Upon arrival, John baptized not only Jevin, but also his wife and a student from the University of Namibia who had been traveling with John on the way to Namibia.

Jevin sent this message to Janna, “I am writing to tell you that my wife and I were baptized on 7 June 2024 in the cold of winter, and it was a great experience. Thank you for walking this road with us and guiding us. We are very grateful and looking forward to the road ahead. Thank you and thank God. AMEN.”
